Flights from Bangalore to Chennai and Hyderabad have been cancelled by Akasa Air due to operational concerns. As a result of the abrupt cancellation of several flights on the two routes, travellers who had purchased tickets in advance are waiting for refunds. In the upcoming days, the airline is probably going to stop operating more flights out of Bangalore. Despite many passengers having purchased tickets on the route, sources at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) confirmed that an Akasa Air Bangalore-Hyderabad flight was unexpectedly suspended weeks ago.

2. Waterlogging In Bangalore Due To Heavy Rainfall

The rain caused problems throughout the city and rewrote the waterlogging story, notably in East Bangalore. As the water began to gradually recede on Tuesday, there were still significant traffic backups on the Outer Ring Road and nearby streets. Following heavy rains that hit Bangalore on Monday evening, several of the city’s roads were flooded, which made driving difficult on Tuesday morning. Some of the highways also experienced slow vehicular traffic as a result of the water on the roads.
