As part of Dubai Summer Surprises 2026, shoppers who spend AED500 or more at participating stores can enter a raffle that offers something most people only dream about winning: a home.
The campaign is already underway and will continue until August 30. During that time, eligible shoppers have the chance to win one of 12 residential properties through a series of weekly draws and a final grand prize giveaway.
Your Regular Shopping Could Be Enough
Spend at least AED500 at any participating outlet, keep the receipt and scan it using the QR code available in-store. Once the receipt is uploaded and verified, the entry goes into the digital raffle. That’s all!
For many residents, it’s something they may already be doing as part of their normal spending. No special products need to be purchased, and there are thousands of participating outlets involved across the city.
The campaign includes more than 1,000 brands spread across around 3,500 retail locations.
The More You Spend, The More Chances You Get
One receipt doesn’t mean you’re limited to one opportunity.
Every qualifying AED500 purchase creates another entry into the draw. So shoppers who make several eligible purchases throughout the campaign period can increase their chances of being selected.
Also, entering earlier means more opportunities to take part in the weekly draws before the final prize is awarded.
That said, winning still comes down to luck. But it’s easy to see why the promotion is attracting attention. After all, not many shopping campaigns offer actual property as the reward.

Twelve Winners Will Walk Away With New Homes
The biggest prize will be awarded at the end of the campaign on August 30. One winner will receive a two-bedroom apartment from Binghatti Developers as part of the final draw. Before that happens, there will also be weekly winners.
Eleven studio apartments will be given away over the course of the campaign, with one winner announced each week. For many shoppers, that means there are multiple chances to hear some very unexpected good news this summer.
