Spartan Middle East 2025 Launches New Scenic 10K Run At Mushrif Park

Dubai-ites, it’s time to tie your shoelaces and get ready to sprint. Spartan Middle East has unveiled a new trail run in their 2025 race lineup, and we can’t hold the pure joy of running. On Saturday, December 6, Mushrif Park will host a brand-new Spartan Trail Run. Are you the one who hates crawling under the barbed wires or carrying sandbags but still wants to be part of the Spartan clan? This 10k scenic trail run is meant for you!

Spartan Middle East Unveils A New 10K Scenic Trail Run In Mushrif Park

Spartan races are usually full of tedious routines, but this one feels like a walk(or run) in the park, comparatively. Imagine, no walls to climb, mud to swim through or rope to burn hands. According to the official website of Spartan Middle East, it’s just running a 10K trail through Mushrif Park’s shaded Ghaf forests and rugged tracks.

Visited Mushrif Park, but only for a BBQ or a day picnic? Then, you won’t be aware that the park actually stretches across 1,300 acres. It is Dubai’s largest green escape that has natural woodland, wildlife, and running trails. Also, don’t forget that it’s super accessible from Al Khawaneej, so forget about a tedious drive to reach the spot.

The Year Of Spartan Line-Up In UAE!

Spartan has been hosting an amazing line-up of races this year. In September, they pulled off the country’s first-ever Spartan City race inside Etihad Arena, which attracted over 4,000 athletes across Yas Island’s urban playground. Then, October had Spartan Trifecta was held at Al Ain Zoo, with 4,500 participants in action around the wildlife.

Part Of Dubai Fitness Challenge

It also forms part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, running in partnership with the Dubai Sports Council. The collective aim is to push the crowd to practice the “30 minutes of movement a day” goal. So whether you’re a serious runner aiming for a PB, or someone who just needs a reason to get off the couch and feel athletic for once, this one’s calling your name.

Dubai never fails to surprise us, and Spartan has taken this part a bit seriously. Post the Mushrif trail run, there’s a full-blown festival village waiting at the finish line. Expect regional food trucks, recovery-friendly bites, fun zones, activities and enough entertainment to keep families and cheer squads entertained.

Registration is now live at arabia.spartan.com. Early-bird discounts are on until October 31 (use code EARLYBIRD20). Prices start from AED190.

So if you are interested in running a scenic trail minus the harsh tasks, Spartan’s Mushrif Park run is the place to be this December!
