1. Gang Of Penang Featuring Lisa’s Lanka At The Penang Table, Mumbai

The Penang Table in Mumbai is all set to host its first-ever pop-up, Gang of Penang, bringing together the bold flavours of Malaysia and Sri Lanka in a collaboration with Lisa’s Lanka. This immersive culinary pop-up is going to run for 13 days, celebrating shared spice trails and coastal food cultures through a flavourful menu highlighting dishes like devilled eggs, Lanka egg roast masala, bone marrow varuval and Ceylon-style curries. Not only this, but the restaurant will also host its first-ever Baila Night on February 27, promising music, drinks, and high-energy vibes.

In collaboration with the Consulate General of Sri Lanka in Mumbai, Sri Lanka Tourism, and Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts, HyLo Mumbai is all set to introduce ‘Sailing to Serendib’, a two-day Sri Lankan food pop-up. This experience is designed as a fundraising initiative to support relief and rebuilding efforts after Cyclone Ditwah. For an excellent showcase of Sri Lankan cuisine, the pop-up brings together chefs from Cinnamon Grand Colombo alongside Chef Mrugnak Singh. One can indulge in iconic dishes like kottu, Jaffna mutton curry, coastal seafood and classic desserts such as watalappan and milk toffee.

3. The World’s No. 5 Bar Comes To Mumbai: Tayer+ Elementary, London, Takes Over Late Checkout

Currently ranked at number 5 on the world’s 50 best bars 2025, Tayer + Elementary, London, takes over Mumbai’s Late Checkout for an exclusive two-night guest shift. This two-day collaboration is all set to bring the East London bar’s cutting-edge cocktail philosophy to the city. Co-founded by Monica Berg and Alex Kratena, Tayer + Elementary is known for its ingredient-led, experimental approach to bartending. Guests can expect a curated cocktail experience that brings together the unique style of Elementary with Tayer’s refined approach to cocktails.

4. Celebration Of Kashmiri Cuisine At Saffron, J.W. Marriott Juhu, Mumbai

Saffron at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is all set to bring the flavours of Kashmir to Mumbai with their Kashmiri Food Pop-Up. The event is going to be held from 20th to 28th February 2026. Curated by chef Rehman alongside Kashmiri chefs Abdul Hammed War and Nasir Hussain, this à la carte menu is designed to showcase classic Kashmiri dishes. One can expect authentic dishes like Rogan Josh, Yakhni, Gushtaba, Dum Aloo, and Modur Pulao alongside traditional beverages like Kahwa and Noon Chai.

Curated especially to showcase a journey through the mountain kitchens of Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, the experience celebrates the food of the land. Led by chef Tariq Ahmed, the menu highlights iconic dishes like Gushtaba, Rista, Tabakh Maaz, Siddu, Mandua Roti and Bhatt ki Churkani.
