1. House Of Akina, Bandra

Aspect Hospitality has launched House of Akina, a new contemporary Asian restaurant in Bandra inspired by journeys across Asia. The restaurant is designed like a warm space that serves flavour-packed dishes such as Gondhoraj Salmon Ceviche, Wonton Lamb Birria Taco, and Thecha Hakka Noodles. The restaurant blends storytelling, Asian flavours and intimate hospitality for a unique dining experience.

2. FOO, Juhu

Popular Pan-Asian restaurant FOO has opened its 15th outlet in India and 10th in Mumbai with a new address in Juhu. The 1,700 sq ft restaurant features a stylish indoor-outdoor design, a striking red marble bar, lush greenery, and space for 80 guests. The menu offers over 100 Asian tapas, including sushi, dim sum, Nikkei dishes, and ceviche.

With its bold flavours and vibrant ambience, FOO Juhu brings its signature high-energy dining experience to one of Mumbai’s busiest neighbourhoods.

3. Belmarose, Sahara Star

Sahara Star’s new venue, Belmarose, combines fine dining with nightlife in a luxurious European-inspired setting. The menu features dishes like Rosette Ravioli, Enoki Mushroom Roll, and Lobster in XO Sauce. As the night progresses, the space transforms into a vibrant nightlife destination with curated music and entertainment.

4. TwentySeven Bakehouse, Goregaon

TwentySeven Bakehouse has opened its fourth Mumbai outlet in Goregaon East, bringing its popular “No Bullsh*t Baking” philosophy. Known for artisanal breads, flaky croissants, and handcrafted desserts, the bakery aims to become a go-to neighbourhood spot for an all-day treats.

5. Namah, Andheri West

Bengaluru-inspired QSR Namah has opened in Andheri West, bringing authentic Karnataka flavours and a warm, home-style dining experience to Mumbai. The menu features favourites like Mallige Idli, Thatte Idli, Mangaluru Buns, Goli Baje, and Khara Pongal, along with desserts such as Obbattu and Mysore Pak. Also, don’t miss the signature Filter Kaapi and the popular Filter Coffee Softy.

6. Dessert Therapy, Oshiwara

Popular dessert brand Dessert Therapy has opened its sixth Mumbai outlet in Oshiwara. The new space marks the brand’s expansion beyond desserts with a café-style menu featuring dishes like Truffle Butter Spaghetti, House Ramen, sandwiches, alongside its signature sweet treats and beverages. Initially, started in 2016 with just ₹10,000, the brand now offers a complete dine-in experience across Mumbai.

7. Vernoica’s, Lower Parel

Bandra favourite Veronica’s has opened its second Mumbai outlet at Kamala Mills, Lower Parel. Known for its stacked sandwiches, the outpost serves favourites alongside new additions.

The menu also includes salads, bakes, desserts, soft serves and speciality coffees. Also, they are currently running an aperitivo-inspired cocktail programme, making it an all-day dining and drinking destination.

8. Chowman, Ghansoli

Kolkata-based Chinese restaurant chain Chowman has opened its fourth Mumbai outlet in Ghansoli. The 36-seater restaurant offers the brand’s signature ambience and a menu featuring favourites like Prawn Balls and Bangkok Street Noodle Bowl. With this launch, Chowman continues to bring its authentic Chinese dining experience to more Mumbai neighbourhoods.

9. Ministry Of Naan, Bandra

Ministry of Naan is a new 10-seater restaurant dedicated to freshly baked naans and slow-cooked North Indian dishes. The menu features highlights like Garlic Truffle Brie Cheese Naan, Dal Makhani, Nalli Nihari, and Mutton Rogan Josh. Not only this, but the outlet also offers car-side service and aims to bring a thoughtful, flavour-first approach to North Indian dining.

10. Pot Pot, Lower Parel

Pot Pot has opened its newest outlet at Phoenix Palladium, offering a contemporary spin on Indian cuisine. The menu features creative Chaat Potlis, slow-cooked Starter Pots and Main Pots, along with indulgent Sweet Pots. Everything here is made using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Overall, staying true to its philosophy, dishes are served in terracotta and glass vessels, with the earthy interiors and sustainable approach.

11. CinCin, Bandra

After the success of its BKC restaurant, CinCin has launched a new 120-seater outlet in Bandra. The restaurant offers indoor and alfresco dining with city views and Bandra’s lively social culture. The menu features handmade pastas, Neapolitan-style pizzas, and signature dishes like Tajarin with truffle butter, and Diavola Pizza. Additionally, Guests can also enjoy spritz-forward cocktails, house wines, tableside aperitivo experiences, and a speciality coffee programme called ‘Cincineria’.
