5. Let’s Kiss

Let’s Kiss, one of the best new spots in Delhi, follows a really interesting concept: not every great cocktail begins with a menu. Sometimes, it begins with a conversation. Delhiites, this is not a bar where you get to choose a drink. It’s a bar where the drink finds you. Every cocktail here is crafted around the guest sitting across the bar: your mood, your palate, your stories, or perhaps something you don’t tell. Here, the experience is deeply personal, and never the same twice. At Let’s Kiss, there is no menu, and the guests are only served something made only for them.
