Taking to Reddit, u/flaiyah shared the experience of using the online platform and the incident of not receiving the order or any assistance from the support team of the mobile app. It has been quite a horrible experience.

In this Reddit post, the user shared about noticing that “the order was marked delivered after 6 minutes” of ordering. The place where the person ordered from was about 12 km away from the delivery address. The customer mentioned the incident after getting two confirmation calls from Paytm ONDC. Though they told the user that they would look into it and call again after 2-5 minutes, the reality was completely the opposite. Even after complaining to Paytm 24*7 support, there was no help. The delivery guy also did not receive the calls even after calling around 50 times.
Most people prefer placing online orders for anything and everything, be it something for cooking clothing, or any daily essentials. We can buy all things on different online platforms and brands’ websites. The convenience of doorstep delivery and digital payments have surely made us a bit lazy and we make the best use of these super helpful conveniences and enjoy shopping in the comfort of our homes. But there have been so many incidents where customers did not receive the orders even after completing the payment. While some of them later got help from the company’s support team, many people simply faced scams and could not get their money back.

The customer who shared the recent incident of being scammed by Paytm ONDC is not the only one to face such experiences. Looks like many Internet users came across similar and exact problems while ordering from this online platform. Either they did not receive the delivery multiple times through ONDC or faced any other issues while using the app and placing online orders. Taking to Reddit, many Internet users talked about the incidents that they experienced in the past. Here are some comments that we came across under this Reddit post.
The Reddit user shared about ordering several times from ONDC and not receiving even one order. Without any option, the person had to “cancel the orders and ask for a refund”. Even the refund process took about 3 weeks. The user called the app “clunky” and shared how it does not offer any real-time tracking or helpful customer support.
