But yes, with rising demand, South Korea has become expensive for many. A travel content creator recently vacationed for 12 days in the country for under ₹85,000, including flight tickets. Here’s the cost breakdown for this budget trip for you!

If you are planning a solo trip to South Korea and have a budget of under ₹1 lakh, then this is definitely for you. You could have your dream trip by making the right choices and spending just ₹85,000! Can you believe that? We never thought a trip to this K-drama land could be this affordable. Here’s the full cost breakdown by content creator Ishita Negi (@theishitanegi) for your trip.

  • Return flights: She paid ₹25,000 from Delhi to Seoul on Vietnam Airlines.
  • Transfer: For internal transfers, Ishita used bullet trains and buses, which cost her ₹10,000.
  • Stay: An Airbnb with an attached washroom cost her ₹18,000 for 11 nights.
  • Daily commute: Like an ideal traveller, Ishita used public transport and taxis, which cost her ₹7,000.
  • Food: ₹18,000 for expensive Korean BBQ, budget-friendly 7-Eleven eats and street food.
  • Activities: A total of ₹5,000 for activities like the Sky Capsule and entry to the N Seoul Tower.
  • E-SIM: Ishita also purchased an e-SIM from MobiMatter, which cost her ₹10,000.

All of these expenses brought her total to ₹84,000 for 12 days!

Visa & Shopping Costs Are Not Included

Ishita also mentioned that this total budget does not include the visa, which cost her ₹5,000, shopping and health insurance for ₹700.
