They say, ‘Find a rainbow when it rains.’ Dehradun folks were lucky enough to sight a unique rainbow on Sunday afternoon. As the sun shone up high, a rare rainbow-coloured halo formed around it. People were thrilled about sighting this rare phenomenon and went ahead to share glimpses on social media. Last week, Uttarakhand received extreme rainfall, following which a red alert was issued in various districts in the state.
