Delhi has now issued fresh guidelines for domestic travellers entering by air, road and trains. The central government has informed that there is no need for mandatory RT-PCR reports to allow entry for those passengers who have received both doses of covid-19 vaccines and are asymptomatic.
Earlier, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority ( DDMA) had approved a colour-coded plan, that divided the states into four levels depending on factors like the number of new virus cases, positivity rate and occupancy of bed and oxygen. The four levels were yellow, amber, orange and red.
