Golgappas, panipuri or the puchkas, no matter the name, are our favourites. We Indians love this street food item, and it has been our food to devour at any time. So tiny, yet so so flavourful in nature, the mashed potatoes and sweet-sour water leave us craving for more! Today, the internet is full of various golgappa creations which have caught out attention. And today, we are pointing to another viral golgappa dish – Volcano Golgappa that social media users have been obsessing over:

Christened as the Volcano Gol Gappa, this Gol Gappa variation was spotted in Gujarat’s Surat. From the video, it is quite obvious why it is named Volcano Gol Gappa. Well, the man starts begins by preparing a mixture of potatoes and peas and the Gol Gappa water. The size of the preparation truly lives up to its name.

The man also prepares another special serving for the customers using the Volcano Gol Gappa with crushed papdis, masalas, and other ingredients for a wholesome meal. The chat looks delicious and a preferred option at this street food eatery other than the Volcano Gol Gappas.

This isn’t the first time; a few of the other Gol Gappa versions we have seen in the past and have become internet sensations are the Gol Gappa Sandwich, Ice Gol Gappas, chocolate Gol Gappas, Aloo Gol Gappa, and so much more.
