Entrepreneur and chef Nikita Shah is known for posting delicious easy-to-cook recipes on her Instagram account @saltinall. This time, she has a Sprouts Dhokla recipe that is super healthy, wholesome and simply yummy. In her reel, the content creator mentioned that this version of dhokla will take just 15 minutes to prepare. Moreover, she said it’s a filling snack that one can carry easily in their lunchboxes.

Here’s How You Can Make It!

Let’s get straight to Nikita Shah’s tasty and fuss-free dhokla recipe.

Method 

First, add the rava,  grated carrot, steamed corn kernels, steamed sprouts and mashed corn in a bowl. And combine them together. Once this is mixed well, add the green chilli paste, ginger paste, curd and salt. Mix this well too. Then, keep adding water in batches to this mixture till you get the desired consistency. The batter must be thick as shown in Nikita Shah’s reel. Then, prepare the steamer, grease the steel dish and place it inside the steamer. Keep the lid covered and let it heat up.

Then add the Eno to the batter, just before it’s put in the steamer. Then, pour the batter into the steel dish and cover it up. To check if the dhokla is ready, poke a knife through it. If the knife comes out clean the dhokla is ready. To finish it off, add a tadka or tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil. Pour this tadka evenly on the dhokla. Slice it into squares and enjoy your super healthy 15-minute dhokla!
