The Royal Kitchens of India draw inspiration from India’s historic palace kitchens. In these kitchens, culinary artistry, additions and indulgence converge to create some absolutely flavourful dishes. Each dish revives timeless royal recipes through a contemporary lens and can be paired perfectly with their selection of grape. Offering elegant interiors, aromatic spice showcases, and a sense of theatre that mirror the depth of the cuisine itself, this restaurant perfectly balances authenticity with modern expression.

After the success of its inaugural edition, ‘Utsav – Festivals of India,’ the Forgotten Flavour series is continuing the exploration of India’s lesser-told culinary stories. The second chapter now focuses on royal households where humble ingredients were transformed into an expression of culture and refinement.
