Yes, you guessed it right! The 4th Season of DP World ILT20’s dates are falling on UAE National Day. The ideal window of all the matches will be between December 2nd 2025, to January 4, 2026. Why the change in the tournament’s traditional dates? Well, as the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is scheduled for January to February 2026, ILT20 dates have to be changed to fit the tournaments.
CEO DP World ILT20 David White explained that with the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup scheduled for early February 2026, wrapping up the ILT20 well in advance gives players ample time to prepare for international duties. He also noted that the December-January period opens the door for teams to tap into a broader player base

Reflecting on the success of Season 3, White called it a milestone moment for the league. Dubai Capitals clinched the trophy after a nail-biting final against the Desert Vipers and ultimately won in the last over at a packed Dubai International Stadium. What a sight it was!
Season 3 was a starry season for Dubai. The tournament featured global icons like Nicholas Pooran, Sam Curran (red belt winner), Shai Hope (green belt winner), and Fazalhaq Farooqi (white belt winner), alongside heavyweights like Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, David Warner, and Adam Zampa.
