Doesn’t it feel wonderful to listen to catchy beats while cooking in the kitchen, especially early in the morning? It surely makes us feel rejoiced and energetic and helps kickstart the morning beautifully. Staff at Bengaluru’s Vidyarthi Bhavan had a similar memorable experience as the legendary drummer Sivamani visited the restaurant and surprised everyone with a great and totally unexpected performance.

Drummer Sivamani Dined At Vidyarthi Bhavan, Bengaluru

The world-renowned drummer made everyone’s Tuesday morning special with his impromptu performance at this iconic restaurant in Bengaluru. Sivamani transformed Vidyarthi Bhavan’s kitchen into a stage with people crowding around to witness the rhythmic performance. He visited the place this morning to indulge in a mouth-watering breakfast.

Apart from enjoying a hearty breakfast at the famous South Indian restaurant in Bengaluru, he also treated everyone to a beautiful performance. The percussionist used empty vessels and a dosa tava for his unexpected performance instead of his drum set. He beat two empty vessels on a hot dosa tava in the kitchen and presented an amazing quick and short performance.

Vidyarthi Bhavan’s staff were elated and too excited to see Sivamani performing live inside the restaurant’s kitchen. “Using just a couple of empty vessels on the hot dosa tava, he mesmerised everyone with his incredible talent and beats,” the restaurant wrote while sharing the video of his performance. It was truly a wonderful memory to celebrate, remember and cherish for the excellent amalgamation of art, food, and tradition.
