It’s no secret that the Dubai Fashion Week made its debut in 2023. And now, details for the newest edition happening this year have also been announced! Yes, the Autumn/Winter 2024-25 fashion week will be kicking off at the Dubai Design District in February.
Dubai Fashion Week To Return In February
The Dubai Fashion Week is returning to the emirate from February 4, Sunday to February 8, Thursday. The dates for the upcoming fashion week were announced on the giant billboards at Times Square, which is one of the most popular tourist spots in New York. For those who are not aware, the dates for the show have been pushed forward, which means Dubai is first on the global fashion calendar for the first time! Yes, it’s ahead of New York, Milan, London, and Paris.
Renowned Local & International Designers Have Been a Part Of The Show
Talking about the upcoming show, it’s going to set the tone for the season and with Dubai leading the way in the global fashion calendar, it’s certainly an event that one wouldn’t want to miss. For those who are curious to know, previously, the show has featured works of notable Dubai-based designers, like Dima Ayad, Bouguessa, Amato, and Mrs. Keepa. Not to mention, the show has also featured internationally well-acclaimed names like Jean Paul Gaultier, Antonio Marras, and Moschino, to name a select few names.
It should be noted that Dubai Fashion Week was founded by the Dubai Design District and the Arab Fashion Council. Additionally, it’s the only official platform in Dubai, which aims to showcase the emirate’s creativity and fashion business, globally!
