After the opening of a new mosque not too long ago, there’s another one that’s now open in Dubai. The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai recently inaugurated the Nasser Ahmed Nasser Lootah Mosque in Muhaisnah 2. This was done in the presence of Mohammed Ali bin Zayed Al-Falasi, the Executive Director of the Mosque Affairs Sector. Nasser Ahmed Nasser Lootah Mosque is a beautiful new addition to the city, as revealed by the IACA. It can accommodate up to 922 worshippers at a time and features a modern design. Spread across an area of 738 m², it is truly one of the most distinguished most in the area. As it happens, this mosque includes an Iwan, which is a main prayer area and commercial stores that contribute to the sustainability of the mosque.
At this point, it should be noted that the mosque is equipped with all the modern facilities. Yes, this contributes to the comfort of the worshippers, which includes washrooms and ablution areas that also feature the latest equipment. Comprising 13 washbasins and 16 ablution stations, there are even facilities that are dedicated to the people of determination.

It Has A 19-Meter-High Minaret
It should be noted that the mosque also has a 19-metre-high minaret that reflects the aesthetic and spiritual character of the place. Moreover, it’s also equipped with a residence that has been allocated to the Imam and Mu’adhin and features all the essential facilities.
The opening of the mosque aligned with Dubai’s vision to develop mosques and enhance their role as a place of worship. This comes after the announcement that over 50 new mosques are planning to be opened in the city not too long ago. These are already under construction and over 70% of the mosques in the emirate will have Friday sermons that will be translated into English as well.
