So, what’s new? London Gate, one of the UAE’s top-tier real estate players, has teamed up with Swiss luxury watch legend Franck Muller, the brand that turns timepieces into art. Together, they will bring Aeternitas to Dubai. Expect the world’s tallest tower that’ll shoot up to a sky-piercing 450 metres in Dubai, which is taller than the Eiffel Tower. The facade alone spans 60,000 square metres and draws inspiration from Franck Muller’s complex and ultra-luxe Aeternitas watch. Imagine living inside a piece of art that tells time?.
The design, engineering, and installation of the tower’s eye-catching, custom-built exterior are being handled by none other than the Permasteelisa Group. These guys are pros and have worked on regional landmarks like the Coca-Cola Arena.
Homes In The Sky With Views That Stun
Scheduled to open in Dubai Marina by 2027, Aeternitas won’t just be a pretty-looking structure.f It will also clinch the title of the world’s tallest branded residential tower, housing 649 ultra-luxury residences. From slick one-bedroom apartments to indulgent mansion duplexes, it’s made for the city’s high-flyers, quite literally.
And if you’re wondering about the views? Expect sweeping sights of Palm Jumeirah, JBR, and Ain Dubai. But that’s not all, residents get access to next-level amenities that are very Dubai. Think a gym with a skyline view, a padel court, spa, yoga studio, swimming pool, cinema, music room, and even a library As Alessio De Mitri, Executive GM of Permasteelisa, put it, the firm is proud to take on such a “visually striking and structurally complex” project.
