The immensely anticipated Dubai World Cup meeting occurs annually on the final Saturday of March at the famed Meydan Racecourse. The event is the highlight of the UAE racing season. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum founded the event. The 26th edition will take place on March 26th. It promises to be a spectacular athletic event, with a total prize pool of $30.5 million.

Are you planning to be at the racing event this year? Here’s the guide for reaching the venue of the Dubai World Cup. If you plan on travelling from Dubai, take Exit 47 from Sheikh Zayed Road. Get onto Al Meydan Road D69 towards Nad Al Sheba. Keep driving until you start seeing the Meydan racecourse sign. Next to Gate B of the Meydan Grandstand, RTA maintains a cab pick-up/drop-off facility.

Follow Respective Dress Code For Dubai World Cup

The event is an expensive affair. Hence dressing up according to the event is obvious. It’s always preferable to wear something fancy. But if you aren’t planning on putting your impression high on the crowd, choose smart casual attire. If you wear flip flops, be ready for rejection by the officials as they have the right to do so.

A Night Of Expensive Affair

General admission tickets for the night start at Dh50, with hospitality packages also available. All tickets include admission to the race’s final and post-race concert. Buy tickets on-site at Meydan Racecourse Gate B or online at the Dubai Racing Club’s website.
