It is founded by multi-award-winning Chef Teddy Lee and is known for its bold and flavour-packed ramen bowls. It is one of the most loved Japanese dining brands and is now bringing its award-winning ramen bowls, along with freshly prepared sushi and bold flavours, to the city.

Located at the Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Village Triangle, the restaurants open from Tuesday to Sunday. Offering dishes that are perfect for every occasion, you will find all of their signature dishes. These are brought to life through traditional Japanese techniques and bold flavoured recipes. The highlight of the menu includes Tan Tan Men, which is basically a sesame-infused broth and topped with diced meat, chilli oil, spring onions, and freshly marinated egg. Not only this, but their Salmon Teriyaki Roll, Chicken Katsu Curry and Spicy Tuna Handroll are also a must-have.
