November is flying by, but there’s still time to get moving. The Dubai Fitness Challenge is in full swing, and if you haven’t joined yet, don’t worry, we’ve rounded up the 19 must-attend events happening for the rest of the month. From high-energy workouts to wellness experiences, these are your last chances this November to sign up, get active, and be part of Dubai’s biggest fitness celebration.

1. Dubai Premier Padel P1

Prepare for an exciting week of top-tier padel as Dubai welcomes the second edition of the Premier Padel P1 tournament. This dynamic competition will gather some of the sport’s finest athletes from around the world. They’ll battle it out for a share of the AED 1.8 million prize pool in both the men’s and women’s divisions. The previous edition showcased over 320 world-class players, including stars like Arturo Coello, Ariana Sanchez Fallada, and Juan Lebron. They competed fiercely across six custom-built courts, delivering exceptional matches for fans.

2. T100 Triathlon

Dubai is set to host the ultimate endurance test, the T100 Triathlon, during the Dubai Fitness Challenge month in 2025. Competitors will face a 100km course, beginning with a 2km swim, then an 80km bike ride through the desert, and ending with an 18km run across the city. The event also offers a range of swimming, cycling, and running challenges for all ages and skill levels.

3. Arabian Warrior 

Test your strength and endurance at the Arabian Warrior Obstacle Race during the Dubai Fitness Challenge. With race options ranging from 5km to a challenging 50km, including a special women’s heat, this adrenaline-filled event welcomes all experience levels. Marking its GCC debut, the race promises an action-packed experience for thrill-seekers and fitness enthusiasts alike.

4. AURA Skypool: Tri In The Sky

The AURA Skypool Triathlon offers a unique high-altitude sporting experience 200 metres above the city. Competitors start with a 3km row, followed by a 3km ride on a stationary bike. They then finish with a 250m lap around the world’s highest 360° infinity pool, all while taking in panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf. This event is an excellent opportunity for athletes and fitness enthusiasts to enhance their endurance while enjoying exciting challenges and breathtaking views.

5. Plus500 City Half Marathon  

Take in stunning city views while running through Downtown Dubai in the Plus500 City Half Marathon. Starting at the Gate Building in Dubai International Financial Centre, the route passes iconic landmarks like Burj Khalifa, Emirates Towers, and the Museum of the Future. Participants can choose from 21km, 10km, or 5km distances, making it a fun and accessible race for friends, family, and runners of all levels.

6. The Emirates NBD Unity Run

The eighth edition of the Emirates NBD Unity Run returns to Al Forsan Park, Expo City Dubai, celebrating inclusivity and supporting people of determination. Participants can join a 3km fun walk or the timed 5km and 10km runs, with everyone encouraged to take part and enjoy the festive atmosphere. After the race, the Unity Run Village offers food, entertainment, and activities for all ages.

7. SKECHERS Performance Night Run

Run under Dubai’s spectacular skyline at the SKECHERS Performance Night Run, with 3km, 5km, and 10km routes across the illuminated Meydan Royal Bridge. Enjoy neon-lit fun and energising music as you take in stunning views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, and Burj Khalifa. Whether you’re aiming for a new challenge or a lively midweek run, this event is perfect to enjoy with friends.

8. Climb For A Cause

Climb for a Cause is a wellness event that combines fitness with philanthropy. Participants can choose to climb either 30 or all 54 floors of the iconic ICD Brookfield Place, with funds raised supporting the Al Jalila Foundation. The event welcomes both experienced climbers and beginners. Afterwards, attendees can relax in the Recovery Village at the Summer Garden, enjoying stretch sessions and wellness activities from select partners.

9. IGNITE Movember

11. UAE National Day Cup

Enjoy a week of exhilarating polo at the annual UAE National Day Cup, celebrating the unification of the seven emirates. Five elite teams, including Bin Drai, Habtoor, Mahra, Ghantoot, and Ankora, will compete for the top prize in a series of high-energy matches. Grab your tickets to experience the action live and soak in the excitement of one of Dubai’s most prestigious sporting events.

13. Emirates Villages Run Series: Race 6

Set in the scenic Al Lisaili area, this race features village pathways and desert landscapes. Starting in the community’s heart, runners will experience an off-road segment that showcases the UAE’s sporting heritage. As a highlight of the Year of Community initiative, the Emirates Villages Run Series fosters fitness and camaraderie among residents across the Emirates. With over AED 350,000 in prize money, it attracts both experienced racers and everyday runners alike.

14. Emirates Dubai 7s

The region’s celebrated sporting and music festival returns, bigger and better than ever. Over three days at The Sevens Stadium, more than 5,000 athletes will compete in rugby, netball, cricket, and fitness events, while attendees enjoy live performances and gourmet food. The 2025 lineup features Tinie Tempah, Sean Paul, and Shaggy on Saturday, and DJ EZ with Fisher on Sunday.
