October brings a lively calendar of comedy shows, circus spectacles, fashion showcases, cultural experiences, and lively festivals to Dubai. From laugh-out-loud stand-up and high-flying acrobatics to dandiya nights, dazzling runway shows and immersive entertainment, there’s plenty to keep the city buzzing all month. Here are the 10 Dubai events to add to your October plans.

Comedian Alaa Abu Diab is bringing his signature observational humour back to Dubai for a night of jokes about the strange, funny and familiar parts of everyday life. Expect plenty of laughs as he tackles everything from AI and social media to therapy, virtual reality and the generation gap, with stories shaped by his life as an Arab in Europe. With more than 100 sold-out shows in less than a year, this popular stand-up returns to Rajmahal Theatre for its second and final Dubai appearance.

Headliner Marlon Davis takes the stage with his mix of stand-up, improvisation and acting, alongside George Zach, known for his work on BBC One’s This Week and The One Show. Russian-Romanian comedian Denisa Alexe, who shot to TikTok fame with millions of views, joins Northern English comic John Hague to complete the bill.

6. Beyond Limits By Sergey Vorontsov
