People in the UAE planning summer trips to India might want to start checking flights already. Air India Express has launched a new “Xpress Sale” offering discounted fares across its domestic and international routes, with some tickets dropping by as much as 50 per cent.

UAE Travellers Can Grab Air India Express Summer Flight Deals

The sale opened on May 27 and runs until May 31. Travel dates covered under the offer stretch from June 15 until October 10, 2026, which means it includes the busy summer holiday period and even early autumn travel.

For many travellers, especially families booking multiple tickets, even small fare drops can make a noticeable difference. 

Direct Bookings Come With Extra Perks

Passengers booking through the airline’s official website or mobile app are getting a few added benefits too.

Air India Express said customers using its own platforms can avoid convenience fees during the sale period. The discounted tickets were also released on the airline’s channels a day before wider booking platforms got access.

The offers apply to both Lite and Value fare categories on selected routes.

Lite fares usually come without check-in baggage, while Value fares include more flexibility and baggage options.

That said, people booking cheap tickets during sales already know the drill, always double-check baggage allowances before celebrating too early.

NeuPass Members Get More Discounts

The airline is also giving extra savings to Tata NeuPass members.

Passengers logged into the platform can access discounts on Business Class fares alongside benefits like extra legroom, complimentary hot meals and priority airport services.

There are also smaller add-ons included in the offer.

Members can earn NeuCoins, get lower prices on seat selection and receive discounts on excess baggage packages.

Also, travellers booking food in advance through the airline can save on “Gourmair” meals, which is Air India Express’ onboard dining service.

Students And Senior Citizens Still Have Existing Benefits

Alongside the sale, the airline confirmed that students, senior citizens and armed forces personnel will continue receiving special fare concessions through ongoing schemes.

Air India Express has been expanding aggressively over the last few years as competition between regional airlines keeps growing.

The carrier currently operates over 500 daily flights across India and international destinations in South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

For UAE residents travelling home during the holidays, the timing of the sale could work out well.
