La Maison Ani Brings A 142-Seater All-Day Diner With Parisian-Style Terrace At THIS Dubai Mall!

Dubai’s restaurant scene somehow keeps finding room for more French cafés, more pastries, and more terrace dining. And La Maison Ani opening inside Mall of the Emirates is something Dubai-ites saw coming from a mile away!.

Chef Izu’s La Maison Ani Expands In Dubai With New Mall Of The Emirates Spot

After building a loyal following at Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue, Chef Izu Ani’s French brasserie is now preparing to open its second Dubai location in September 2026. And this one sounds noticeably bigger, busier, and more neighbourhood-focused.

The new restaurant will seat 142 guests across indoor dining spaces, an open kitchen, and a wraparound terrace designed to feel a bit like a Parisian garden.

People Living Around Marina And Palm Will Probably Love This

The first La Maison Ani became a regular stop for Downtown crowds, tourists, and Fashion Avenue visitors. But this branch places the brand much closer to residents in Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, JBR, and Palm Jumeirah.

For many people, that means easier access to proper all-day French dining without crossing half the city. Chef Izu said the entire idea behind the restaurant was always about hospitality, feeling personal rather than transactional. According to him, guests should feel like they’re entering someone’s home, not simply eating at another restaurant.

The Dubai Mall location reportedly welcomes around 385,000 guests annually since launching back in 2022.

The Design Sounds Like Full Paris-Fantasy Mode

The interiors are leaning heavily into classic French styling again, but with slightly softer touches.

Expect coral shades, walnut wood flooring, marble tabletops, decorative lighting, and shelves inspired by Eiffel Tower structures. There’s even croissant-inspired tilework around the boulangerie counter, which feels very committed to the theme.

But the terrace might become the main attraction here. The 62-seat outdoor area will sit beneath an iron pergola and is being designed to create a garden-style atmosphere despite being inside one of Dubai’s busiest malls.

Also, the open kitchen and pastry displays will stay visible throughout the day, so guests can actually watch breads and pastries being prepared fresh.

Breakfast, Pastries, Lunch And Long Dinners All In One Place

The restaurant will operate as an all-day dining concept rather than focusing only on dinner service.

Mornings will centre around baked breads, croissants, baguettes, and viennoiseries before shifting into lighter lunch dishes and richer evening meals later on.

The menu itself will closely follow the Dubai Mall flagship, including several of the dishes regular customers already know well.
