The newly-opened The Selfie Kingdom (TSK) is docked near the Expo 2020 site, making it possible for tourists and residents to access the place.

What’s It?
The new Selfie Kingdom is the newest addition to Dubai’s list of attractions. Located right next to the Expo 2020 site, the selfie museum aims to inspire creativity, art, design and promote digital content. The hub has over 15 pop-up rooms, each with a unique decor, lighting and props, perfect for selfie lovers to go bonkers.
Besides, you don’t have to worry about taking a selfie in the same backdrop every time. The rooms will be re-modeled every few months to provide a fresh look for photographers. In addition, the Selfie Kingdom will also feature exhibits and installations from various artists, designers and innovators.
Rania Naffa, Chief Happiness Officer and Founder said: “TSK provides an interactive photo-friendly social space that promotes art, creativity and a place for our guests to express themselves freely and have fun while doing it. We want everyone to be part of this entertaining experience and create some amazing memories.”
Further, the hub also has dedicated spaces for co-working, and for hosting events and parties. Entry is priced at AED 55/per hour for 12 years and above, AED 45 per hour for kids between 3-12 years and AED 160 per hour for a family of four.

That’s not all! Dubai has a lot more in store this year. From a zombie theme park to a massive library and London’s famous wax museum, here are new attractions in the UAE you must look forward to.
1. Zombie Theme Park
One of the most awaited attractions in the UAE, this one’s a treat for Zombie lovers. Nakheel Malls in association with Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club is launching a spooky Zombie theme park in Deira Islands. Spread across 65,000 sq feet, the park will boast several attractions including paintball games, 9D cinema, axe throw games, laser tag and more. And that’s not all! The park also has live act featuring Zombies that glow-in-the-dark. Now, that’s perfect enough to get spooked, isn’t it? The park also features shops, a private party room, and a zombie themed restaurant.

2. The View at The Palm
The Palm Towers in Dubai will soon let you swim in the sky! Wondering how? The city’s highest roof-top infinity pool is coming to The View at the Palm and its for everyone who fancy swimming with a view. The pool will hold over 930,000 liters of water. Apart from the breath-taking pool the tower will also feature restaurants, residences, and a viewing deck for the public.

3. Mohammad Bin Rashid Library
The Mohammed bin Rashid Library was announced in 2016, to mark the Year of Reading. The massive building is said to resemble an open book, placed on a rehl – a lectern which holds the Quran. The seven storeys tall structure is visible from the creek, giving water taxi commuters a sneak peek of its progress. Once complete, the library will have more than 4.5 million printed and e-books, and several arenas and a lecture theatre with a seating capacity of 500.

4. Madame Tussauds
You no longer have to travel to London to see the Madamme Tussauds. Dubai will soon get its very own wax museum, nestled on the Bluewaters, the island development off The Beach at JBR. The museum will be owned and operated by Merlin, the company which manages Legoland Dubai. However, details about who the Dubai Tussauds will feature remains unavailable.
