    What’s It?

The world’s first floating villas will soon be a reality and its coming to our very town! Government authorities have given a nod to Dubai-based property developer Kleindienst Group, to register their Floating Seahorse as villas. As a result, people who buy the property will not only own the first floating villa in the world, but will also take ownership of the ocean plot lying underneath the villa. The developers also believe that adding ocean ownership would increase the value of each unit by 20 – 50 percent.

Josef Kleindienst, founder and chairman of Kleindienst Group said: “The registration of The Floating Seahorse Villas as a Villa is the first step to enabling people to have a title deed to their own piece of ocean. It will make true ocean-living a reality for the first time in the world.”

    The Villas

The property consists of 131 units, each spanning over 4,000 square feet across three levels. The developers plan to hand over 78 units in 2019. Each Villa is priced at a whooping AED 20 million. The villa features an underwater master bedroom, made of glass. So, you have a 360 degree view of the coral bed, created from scratch.

The villas have three levels. The underwater level will be the master bedroom, the 1st level on the water will be the kitchen and dining area and the top level will be the sun deck. Don’t worry, you get unobstructed views everywhere thanks to the ceiling to floor glass windows.
