Dubai’s World Islands gets its first hotel. Portofino Hotel is now 47 percent complete. The hotel is located in ‘Heart of Europe,’ one of the seven sets of islands forming The World, Dubai.
What’s It?
The Portofino Hotel will be a luxury deluxe five-star hotel on the Main Europe island. Intricately designed, the hotel will recreate the European style of luxury on the banks of the sea. Additionally, the hotel, designed to cater exclusively to families, will have 451 rooms each with a sea view.
The property will have children-friendly amenities to cater to the families. So you can take a staycation trip to the hotel with your little ones to Portofino. Let your children immerse themselves in the tailormade lagoon-esque swimming pools or leisure in the all age group clubs. We know this one will be an exciting family experience already!
What Else?
With a total 7 islands, Main Europe is on the ‘Heart of Europe’ set of islands. Along with Portofino hotel, it will have 12 other hotels and resorts as well as 4000 residential units and 50 attractions for you to chill at.
Besides the Portofino Hotel, Cote D’Azur Hotel is also cruising towards completion with 18 percent of its project developed already. Like the Portofino, this one will also be a beachside luxury leisure offering with 5-star facilities. Expected to be the second hotel, Cote D’ Azur Hotel’s will feature at the Main Europe Islands.
Other islands on Europe we are waiting with baited breaths include Germany island, Sweden Island and a heart-shaped island named Honeymoon Island. The islands will resemble real cities so you can travel across Europe while being in Dubai. Munich, Amsterdam, and London are some of the other city islands you can be looking forward to as well.
