Emirates Airlines are carrying out significant updates for a smooth travel experience for passengers through the month of Ramadan. Their latest initiative was regarding the approaching festival of Eid Al Fitr. The Dubai-based airline has announced that it will be celebrating the public holidays with Onboard and in-lounge entertainment along with a feast.

Eid al Fitr is anticipated to start between April 20 and 21. To celebrate, the Emirates will serve a variety of regional cuisines onboard, serve traditional Eid meals in the lounges, and put new Arabic movies and other content on board.

Economy passengers leaving Dubai from April 21 through 24 will be delighted to the delectable Eid classics.
We knew about the Iftar meal boxes being distributed by Emirates but this service is totally a different experience. This service is available both onboard and in the lounge of Emirates.

Over 100 Arabic movies will be among the many offerings on the ice inflight entertainment system, which has won numerous awards, for travellers during Eid al Fitr. The Holy Qur’an is available on 16 channels, and there are more than 500 channels of Arabic music, including pop, classical, Khaleeji, Maghrebi, and Arabic fusion. There are 30 stations dedicated to Arabic TV programmes.

From starters to heavy main course dishes made with traditional spices, everything on the menu can land you in a mouth-watering situation. And ofcourse there’s the special dessert that makes you linger for more! Chicken mandi, braised lamb, marinated chicken tahta with Emirati spices and so much more to relish.

In Business and Premium Economy Class, there is a light vanilla sponge cake covered with white chocolate and hibiscus cream, and in Economy Class, there is Batheetha, a decadent saffron date crumble or sweet pumpkin Asseda with roasted cashew nuts.
