IndiGo Launches Direct Flights From Indore To Chandigarh
Jyotiraditya Scindia is the aviation Minister and he inaugurated the direct flights between Indore and Chandigarh. Passengers can avail of these services on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays every week. Direct flights make it easier for flyers to experience a comfortable journey. Along with a smooth travel experience, this also helps in improving regional connectivity and promoting trade.

Sanjay Kumar is the chief strategy and revenue officer of IndiGo. He shared with Live Mint that these direct flights ‘will not only enhance capacity but also provide more options to customers.’ He also emphasised that these 2 cities offer ‘culture and gastronomic experiences’ to the tourist and visitors.
Timetable Of These Direct Flights:
- IndiGo flight no. 6E 0959 departs from Indore every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday to its destination, Chandigarh. The departure time is 10:05 am and the arrival time is 11.50 am.
- IndiGo flight no. 6E 6738 departs at 12:30 pm from Chandigarh and reaches Indore at 2:40 pm every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

More Direct Flights Within & Outside India!
This is not the only route where IndiGo direct flights are operational. They have launched direct flights between Gwalior and Mumbai providing services every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The airline will very soon launch direct international flights as well. The direct flights between Mumbai and Istanbul will start operating on 1 January.
Presently, IndiGo has a fleet of 280 aircraft with more than 1,600 flights operating daily. These flights connect passengers with 74 domestic destinations and 26 international destinations.
