IndiGo is opening a new gateway to Europe as it launches non-stop Mumbai to Amsterdam flights from 2nd July 2025. Marking a major milestone, this route is part of the airline’s long-haul debut using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. With fares starting at ₹26,999, the airline aims to make European travel more accessible for Indian flyers, all while maintaining its reputation for affordability and reliability.

According to IndiGo’s official press release dated 21st May 2025, the airline is introducing its first wide-body, long-haul operations with new routes to both Amsterdam and Manchester. The Mumbai to Amsterdam route will operate three times a week, offering a seamless, non-stop service on the modern Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
These Dreamliners, as described in the press release, will feature dual-class configurations with Economy and Premium Economy seating, and are designed for enhanced fuel efficiency, greater range, and improved passenger comfort.
