F1 Star Charles Leclerc Loves Butter Chicken From THIS 2-Michelin-Star Restaurant In London

Charles Leclerc, a professional Formula One racing driver from Monaco, is not just known for his extremely good looks but also for being one of the sport’s fastest drivers. The racer has now made his Indian fans happy by naming butter chicken as his favourite Indian dish.

Charles Leclerc Loves Eating Butter Chicken 

Charles Leclerc, who competes for Scuderia Ferrari in Formula One, is impressed by one Indian dish that he finds incredible. During a small conversation with Sky Sports, the racing star was asked about his understanding and enjoyment of great British food. But instead of choosing a British dish, he named butter chicken from Gymkhana in London, which he called “incredible”. 

And honestly, his Indian fans were quite happy to know that Charles enjoys butter chicken as much as they do. No one would have thought that instead of simply saying the British favourites like fish and chips or a full English breakfast, he would choose this Indian favourite as one of the dishes he likes.

Gymkhana Is One Of London’s Best Indian Restaurants

For those of you who don’t know, Gymkhana is considered one of the best Indian restaurants in the world. This Michelin-starred restaurant is located in Mayfair and is inspired by the elite clubs of India, where members socialise, eat and drink. The restaurant is mainly known for its classic North Indian cuisine, with hints of the South and the West.

Some of its signature dishes include Chicken Butter Masala, Kasoori Chicken Tikka, Achari Paneer Tikka, Goan Prawn Curry, Dal Lasooni, Dal Maharani, Methi Malai Mutter Paneer and several types of kebabs, curries and desserts. No wonder Charles Leclerc fell in love with its food. The place is also known for its colonial-era-inspired interiors and old-world charm.
