Hopes To Explore This City For Its Food
If chef Vikas Khanna had to pick a restaurant where he loves to treat himself, then it has to be Mamoun’s Falafel. “Dreams were created, spoken about outside Mamoun’s,” the chef fondly recalled. He also spoke highly about Russ & Daughters, especially for their smoked salmon sandwich.
The chef was asked where he would like to travel to, just for the food, and he promptly replied, “Mexico City”. He said that because of the overlap of cooking techniques and flavours with India, he feels he really needs to explore Mexico soon.
