Chef Saransh Goila took to Instagram to share the recipe of viral paper kebabs, and it’s something you just don’t want to miss. Inspired by a recipe by mezemike, Chef Goila made an Indian version, which can be recreated with chicken or the meat of your choice. He called it paper kebabs and added that these are the “thinnest kebabs possible to make in your home kitchen.”

Here’s How You Can Make These Thin Kebabs At Home
Ingredients
1 cup fried onions
400g chicken mince
6-8 garlic cloves
1-inch peeled ginger
A handful of mint
½ cup thick yoghurt
2 green chillies
3 tbsp kebab masala
Salt to taste
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Method
1. In a blender, add the aforementioned ingredients and blend everything well.
2. Take crumpled parchment paper and grease it well with some oil.
3. Then, spread the kebab paste between the paper and use a rolling pin to make it thin.
4. Fold the sheet a couple of times and place it on a pan on a low flame.
5. Cover and let it cook for 5-8 minutes, keep flipping in between.
6. Once cooked, take it off the flame and remove the parchment paper.
7. To enjoy it like Chef Saransh Goila, take some saj bread, spread some garlic sauce, pickles, fries, and the paper kebab to it, roll it tight, and enjoy it hot!
