Their unique ways of supporting their favourite teams always look like some competition to own the upper hand against the other team. Recently, Argentina fans placed a 30-feet-tall cutout of legendary Argentine footballer Lionel Messi in the middle of Kurungattu Kadavu river in Kerala’s Kozhikode district. Following this, the Brazilian football fans went a step ahead and erected a 40-feet-tall cutout of Neymar Jr beside it. Kerala Football Fans Up For Some Healthy Rivalry
After the 30-feet-tall cutout of legendary Argentine footballer Lionel Messi and the 40-feet-tall cutout of Neymar Jr, football fans in Kerala created a giant image of Messi at Nirmala College’s basketball court in Muvattupuzha using one lakh eighteen thousand.
It was on October 31 that Messi’s cut output up by Argentina Fans club of Pullavoor first turned up on social media. The image went viral in no time and numerous media outlets from Argentina began sharing it as well. Well, the Kerala fans didn’t just stop at this. They went ahead and made an image of Messi again — this time with 1,18,000 post-it notes. This was done in a college basketball court under the initiative of a student named Ajay V John.
