According to Moneycontrol, IndiGo has rolled out a special campaign called IndiGoFree to celebrate its 20th anniversary. As part of the offer, the airline will refund the fare of 20,000 domestic flight bookings, allowing selected travellers to fly for free.
The campaign is valid on eligible domestic bookings made through IndiGo’s official website, mobile app and AI-powered virtual assistant 6Eskai between August 4 and August 6, 2026.
Here’s how this offer will work–after the booking window closes, eligible customers will be chosen at random and informed via email and WhatsApp. They will then be asked to answer a simple question, with up to three chances to get it right.
Those who answer correctly will receive a full refund of their booking amount, up to ₹10,000 per PNR. The refund will be credited within three to five business days. The offer is valid on all eligible domestic Economy and IndiGoStretch bookings, including both one-way and return flights.

Airline Celebrates 20 Years Of Flying
The free flight ticket campaign is part of IndiGo’s “Happy IndiGo Day” celebrations, marking 20 years since the airline began operations. The offer is available only on bookings made through IndiGo’s official digital platforms during the three-day campaign, with winners selected at random from eligible entries.
