From A R Rahman Jamming On Stage To Floor Dedicated To Food, Here’s All That Kamiya Jani Saw At The Ambani Wedding

Today is the last day of the Ambani Wedding festivities. The Internet was swarming with a litany of photos and videos of glimpses from the grand wedding. Our Editor-In-Chief, Kamiya Jani was also invited to the Ambani wedding and shared some glimpses of the venue. From the live performances of maestros like A R Rahman, Mohit Chauhan, and Sukhwinder Singh to an entire floor dedicated to food, here are all of the splendid things she got to see.

1. Fairytale Decorations Of Ambani Wedding

You must have already seen a plethora of mind-blowing photos of the interiors of the wedding and we were able to confirm first-hand that they were just as amazing and fantastical as they appear in the pictures. There were sculptures of tigers, ethnic and eclectic murals, and much more. The venue was so grand that it could easily be the venue of the next Sanjay Leela Bhansali film!

2. Kamiya Jani Enjoyed Live Musical Performances

There was a live musical performance and the set list of the players would put any other Indian award function to shame. Guests got to witness powerhouses like Mohit Chauhan and A R Rahman on stage! Even Sukhwinder Singh performed live! It was truly a mesmerising performance.

3. An Entire Floor Dedicated To Food!

There was an entire floor dedicated to the different street foods across India. Yes, you read that right, an entire floor! We saw chaats from Gujarat, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. There was a stall for Banarasi paan, chhole tikki, tamatar chaat, palak patte ki chaat and much more!

4. The Ambani Wedding Hosts Were Super Humble

Despite it being such a huge wedding, the hosts personally met everyone with the same humility. There were around 8,000 to 10,000 guests at the wedding the happy couple greeted each and everyone with kindness and gratitude. They even thanked them for taking the trouble to come to their wedding.
