Moviegoers, PVR INOX Director’s Cut has just launched a new menu that celebrates Rajasthani and Middle Eastern flavours.

PVR INOX Director’s Cut, India’s premium cinema exhibitor took to their Instagram page, @pvrtheluxurycollection to announce the launch of their new menu. This time they promise to take moviegoers on an exceptional culinary journey that transcends borders. Executive Chef Mayank Tiwari, Chef Aditte and  Chef Shiva curated an exquisite menu that celebrates the flavours of Rajasthan and the Middle East.

A video shared on the Insta page shows that the new menu with Rajasthani dishes is inspired by Chef Aditte’s childhood memories with her Nani in Rajasthan. They include dishes incorporating family recipes like Dal Baati Churma, Murg ke Sooley, Papad Parantha, Bajra Khichdi and Dal Ki Kachori. The robust flavours and time-honoured recipes are a royal feast for cinephiles.

The gastronomic adventure at PVR INOX Director’s Cut also has amazing Middle Eastern delight. From Armenian Losh Kebab Burger, Moroccan Chermoula Salmon to Al Faham reflects centuries of culinary expertise. Cinephiles can enjoy an experience fit for royalty at the luxury cinema hall. They will be transported to the havelis of Rajasthan and the deserts of the Middle East.

The new menu was launched at the PVR INOX Director’s Cut at Vasant Kunj in Delhi. Chef Mayank Tiwari revealed to TOI that their team of culinary artisans have crafted this, menu to offer cinephiles an unforgettable dining experience that brings together the luxury and sophistication of PVR Director’s Cut. With the new menu featuring Rajasthani and Middle Eastern flavours, the team wishes to create flavours that will resonate with diners even after they leave the cinema.
