The city of joy becomes more joyous during Christmas. Park Street will be lively with rows and rows are pretty lights in various shapes and sizes adorning the streets. Kolkata becomes a little bit outgoing and partying till late at night with pubs and bars closing their shutters right in the morning. The St Paul’s Cathedral in New Market Area also organises a midnight activity with sweet carols. While the Anglo-Indians celebrate Christmas Santa Claus arrives in a rickshaw and that is a sight to see.
