Although the celebrations were temporarily halted in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 10th edition in 2022 marked a victorious return. As the parade wound its way through the city’s streets, happiness and good cheer were contagious. Renowned individuals, such as former president A.P.J. But it is more than just Santa costumes and attendance records—it is a celebration that brings together members of the Thrissur Archdiocese from all different backgrounds. The occasion exudes the cosiness of the holiday season as families come together to share meals, exchange gifts, and show support for one another.
