Ganpati Bappa is coming home and devotees are too elated to welcome him and celebrate the glorious occasion of Ganeshotsav spectacularly. Pune is one of India’s most famous cities to witness the grandeur of Ganesh Chaturthi. The city’s Dagdusheth Ganapati Trust is preparing to welcome Lord Ganesha in a magnificent Jatoli Shiva temple-themed pandal. Preparations for his arrival are ongoing in full swing.

Punekars, skip your trip to Solan in Himachal Pradesh for now as you will soon get to watch a brilliant replica of the iconic Jatoli Shiva Mandir in your city. According to a report by The Free Press Journal, Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Public Ganapati Trust and Suvarnayug Tarun Mandal are making this themed pandal for Ganeshotsav this year.

Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Public Ganapati Trust is all to celebrate its 132 glorious years of Ganesh Chaturthi in 2024 and placing Bappa’s idol inside a replica pandal of Asia’s highest Shiva temple looks like a fantastic plan. Famous in Pune for its extravagant festivities, pandal hopping during Ganeshotsav will only be completed by visiting this renowned pandal.

According to a report by The Indian Express, production director Aman Vidhate is the designer behind this marvellous themed pandal of Jatoli Shiva temple. He revealed that the structure will be higher than the original mandir measuring 122 feet in height. The pandal is likely to be around 137 feet. Also, Vaikar Bandhu is looking after lighting installations. Kale Mandavwale is working on arrangements for the pavilion.

Taking to the X platform, Divya Saxena Rastogi -(Modi Ka Parivar) (@Divsbabs) shared a beautiful video of this majestic temple in Himachal Pradesh.

Jatoli Shiva temple has been constructed and designed magnificently with exquisite intricacies. The entire process of constructing the temple took 39 years. It is said that the name ‘Jatoli’ came from Lord Shiva’s Jata (long hair). Surrounded by enigmatic views, devotees feel great spiritual experiences here. From architectural beauty to religious experiences, you must visit this mandir in Solan.
