The chefs at Radisson Goregaon, Mumbai have prepared a gigantic 5.3 kg samosa and we just cannot wait to have it with our evening chai!
What’s it?
To celebrate ‘No Diet Day’ on May 6th, the chefs at Radisson Goregaon came up with this huge version of our favourite evening snack.

The scrumptious looking 5.3 kg samosa took 6 pairs of hands and around 4 hours to be prepared, but in the end, we bet it was totally worth it! It took 2 and 1/2 kilo flour, 300 grams desi ghee, 2 kgs potatoes, 250 grams green peas, and was deep fried in 30 litres of refined oil. Once ready and golden brown, the samosa was served hot with green chutney and ketchup.

What Else?
The samosa was certainly everything our dreams are made of and we just cannot stop thinking about getting our hands on the gigantic snack.
