The name in Spanish means fire. And En Fuego is spreading like one among the foodies in Dubai. The venue, which will occupy Ronda Locatelli’s former location in the Avenues, will renounce its Italian heritage in front of a South American one. Every time you visit, the diner guarantees an amazing and genuine South American encounter that is packed with never-ending surprises.

The land of South America is quite famous for its enthusiastic party life and this place very well reflects that in its interiors. Moreover, the electrifying performance and the vibrant colourful scheme spread across the eatery land you on a high-octane vibe.

The restaurant leaves no stone unturned to make you feel at home. Visitors will receive a wristband as soon as they enter Don Fuego’s residence, En Fuego. The band represents a formal introduction to his family. Don’t startle by the Golden Butterfly causes so much trouble right away or by the lively mariachi music of the Fuego Trio, a Mexican band.

As the Matadora and the Bull demonstrate traditional Argentinian tango, make room for Madame Rosa, the lady of the house, who will serenade guests with a lovely voice. As they dance the night away to the Firebirds and the Fire Gypsy, guests can keep an eye out for the Jazzy Jester, Don Fuego’s personal joker, and the Red Hot Chili Acrobat.

It goes without saying that you can expect Latin flavours at this restaurant. Chef Daniel Gracia has poured his love and experience out on the menu to bring combined flavours of South America at En Fuego. Consider dishes like the smoky mole and tacos from Mexico, the buttery arepas from Colombia, the Brazilian feijoada stews and so much more. The rich culture would be very much visible in the food served here.

Is the place even South American if they don’t serve beverages? Well, En Fuego has a carousel-style bar placed in the space. The diner promises a unique range of cocktails and mocktails that take their inspiration from South American culture and you will fail to find it elsewhere in Dubai.

Let’s anticipate a visit soon to this energetic spot at The Palm, Atlantis to immerse yourself in the South-American-inspired atmosphere.
