We come bearing good news for all the travel lovers! The Philippines has joined the list of countries offering visa-free entry to Indian passport holders. The Embassy of the Philippines in New Delhi announced two new short-term visa-free entry options, alongside the existing e-visa system, and here’s all about it.
Philippines Is Now Visa-Free For Indians
According to NDTV, planning a trip to the Philippines has become a lot easier as the country has introduced visa-free entry for Indian nationals. Amid the growing travel interest from Indian travellers for the beautiful Philippines’ beaches, islands, and landscapes, this move will help boost and encourage tourism development.
As of May 2025, Indian passport holders can now benefit from two types of short-term visa-free entry to the Philippines. Each of these visas has distinct eligibility requirements. The two categories are –
- 14-day visa-free entry
- 30-day visa-free entry
