A man from Gujarat is walking for 25 days and 740 kms for seeing Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai. Samir Jagdishbhai Datani is from Gujarat, a 44-year-old man who pledged to visit Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai if the pandemic ends and normalcy returns. Datani began his journey on August 13, and walked for 25 days for the darshan of Lalbaugcha Raja. Datani travelled in the days and rested in the nights during the journey. Man From Gujarat Walks For Lalbaugcha Raja Darshan To Mumbai

Ganesh festival is presently being celebrated across the country. And Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai receives special visitors and devotees from across the world. This here, is the story of a similar man, who walked on foot all the way from Gujarat for the divine darshan of Lord Ganesha. As reported by Mid Day, Datani visits Lalbaugcha Raja every year. Mid Day reported, ‘The last two years were very bad due to which I could not come to Mumbai. But my problems are not even one per cent of those faced by others. During the second wave especially, when I saw people suffering. I vowed that if Lord Ganesha ends the pandemic and people’s lives are restored, then I would make a pilgrimage on foot to see Lalbaughcha Raja. And as things returned to normal, I set out to fulfil my promise.’
