There are several events that happen in Dubai with many of them taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre. It was recently announced that Gulfood, which is the largest annual food and beverage sourcing event in the world is returning to the Emirate. Yes, it will be happening from February 19 to 23 wherein exhibitors from the F&B community will be putting up their stalls.

Gulfood 2024 Dates Announced

Gulfood, which is the largest annual food and beverage sourcing event in the world is making its way back to the emirate. Yes happening at the DWTC, one can expect more than 5,500 exhibitors and visitors from over 190 countries. So, with the event spread across 24 halls, this is undoubtedly going to be an event that you wouldn’t want to miss. With international policymakers and leaders in the industry sharing their insights, this is going to be the largest-ever Gulfood event.

World Leaders In F&B Industry To Speak At The Event

As it happens, it will be the first opportunity in the year for the global F&B brand to meet up and gain insights from the leaders in the industry. Moreover, it’s also to accelerate innovation and speed in the spread of trends and technology for transforming the food markets. In fact, some of the confirmed speakers across the five days include Jacob Jensen, Minister for Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, Denmark; Dr. Anna El Tahchy, CTO & Founding Director of Nourish Ingredients; and Gary Urteaga, Founder and President of Jenesiz Capital.

Michelin Star Chef To Join The Event In Feb

In fact, Michelin star chefs will also make a debut in their live chef showcase. Featuring top tables returning to the Gulfood 2024, the star-started lineup will see internationally renowned chefs showcasing their cooking methods. Not to mention, across the five days, more than 100 chefs will present several cuisines across a series of master classes and Chef talks. Yes, these include Chef Alain Passard of L’Arpege, Chef Joan Roca of El Celler de Can Roca, and Chef Mark Donald of The Glenturret. In fact, for the first time ever, the top table will see more than 21 Michelin stars in an exceptional live culinary showcase. As it happens, YouthX Chef Challenge will also be back for its third edition.

Doesn’t it all sound fantastic? Well, with so many exciting things happening at the food, it is bound to be an exceptional experience for people attending the show.
