Wagah Border Restaurant offers Indo-Pakistani cuisine in Dubai. However, what’s got us jumping with joy is the fact that they offer an excellent desi high tea experience. Yes, making sure that you enjoy this high tea, this experience comprises Tandori Chai, which is basically tea, which been bubbled over in a clay pot and then it is finally poured into another kulhad before it is served. What sets the tea apart from others is the fact that it has the smoky flavour that comes from being cooked in earthenware. Hence the name!
However, there are other pretty fantastic items that are part of the entire experience. Served on a redi, which is basically a four-wheeled cart-like tray, the experience includes a variety of savoury and sweet items. These include a chaat, samosa, spring rolls, gajar ka halwa, cookies, cheese sandwiches, vegetable sandwiches, and of course gulab jam. However, the best part about this experience is that there is an unlimited supply of tandoori chai!!

In case you’re wondering, the high tea experience is available for AED44 for two people and it’s available every day from 4 PM to 6 PM. Besides the fantastic high tea experience, you have got to check out their exquisite menu. Featuring a range of delightful dishes, the restaurant offers some pretty fantastic dishes that will make for an excellent meal. This restaurant at Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai includes some excellent options, like Peshawar Vegetable Kebab, Barrah Kebab, Paneer Makhanwala, and Mutton Achari. As it happens, there is also an all-day breakfast menu, which comprises Chole Bhature and Halwa Puri.

Coming to the vibrant decor, this restaurant has been decorated in pretty colours and there is ample natural light that brightens the restaurant during the day. And the exquisite lighting of the restaurant keeps the place illuminated even when the sun goes down. Not to mention, there is a beautiful wall mural, which depicts the Atari Wagah Border Flag Ceremony that has been followed by the security forces of India and Pakistan since 1959.
