Sugar

Cumin powder
Rock salt
Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Method:
1. Take a ripe guava and remove its ends and seedy core. Then, chop it into small pieces.
2. Take some thick yoghurt in a bowl and add 1-2 tsp sugar along with some salt to it.
3. Now, add the chopped guava on top of the yoghurt.
4. On the chopped guava, sprinkle 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, 1/8th tsp of salt, and 1/8 tsp of rock salt.
5. Then, add one thinly sliced green chilli and chopped coriander leaves. Your peru chi koshimbir is ready to be served.
It is to be noted that this isn’t the traditional way to make peru chi koshimbir. Traditionally, one has to temper the ghee, cumin, and green chilies. To make the traditional version, skip the cumin powder, red chilli powder, and rock salt. Instead, temper 1.5 tsp ghee with 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, and 1 green chilli. Add this tadka to the yoghurt and guava mixture and garnish it with coriander leaves.
