According to a report in The Times of India, Ram Kapoor follows 3 simple lifestyle rules, which have helped shed all those extra kilos in 18 months.
1. Two Meals a Day
Ram Kapoor’s strategy is simple. He eats only twice a day, once at 10:30 am and again at 6:30 pm. This eating pattern, known as intermittent fasting, has gained popularity among fitness enthusiasts all over the world. It limits the eating window, giving our body time to burn stored fat more efficiently. This routine has reportedly played a huge role in his weight loss journey.
2. No Snacking Between Meals
Most of us tend to snack on chips, biscuits and more between meals. This habit usually leads to consuming empty calories, which can make us gain weight. Ram Kapoor, however, sticks to the rule of ‘no snacking’. In between meals, he only drinks coffee, tea, or water to curb hunger. This helps him maintain a calorie deficit and avoid sugar spikes. Moreover, it is also known that cutting out unhealthy snacks from our diet can curb mindless eating, which makes it easier to lose weight.

3. No Food After 6:30 pm
