Aren’t these pictures just too gorgeous? Well, in terms of the setup, it took over 210 million hours to finish up so far, and we guess you now know why. With spellbinding views and grandeur setting, World Expo 2021 is going to be bigger and better than before.

Most of the heavy work is almost done, and the country Pavilions are targeted to be completed before the end of 2020. Keeping sustainability in mind, 80 per cent of the infrastructure that was supposed to be used for Expo 2020 is now being reused for the 2021 event. Dubai Expo was postponed this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic. It is now scheduled for a year later on October 1, 2021, and will for six months ending on March 31, 2022.

Not only the Expo but the Tokyo Olympics and UEFA European Football Championship will both now take place in 2021.
