Here’s How To Make Gudamba At Home
The recipe is simple. Take two to three mangoes, both ripe and raw, and roast them properly over charcoal. Once they are roasted, remove the peel, place the mangoes in water and mash them. After that, add jaggery powder, salt, black salt and a little saunf according to your taste, then mix everything well. Chef Harpal Singh shared that he enjoyed this drink a lot during his childhood summers.
To achieve the desired consistency, you can also blend everything together. Adjust the amount of water depending on how thick you like the sherbet. So, the next time you crave something refreshing, skip the cold drinks and try Chef Harpal Singh’s special Gudamba at home.
